About Simranpreet
I’m a supportive, structured tutor who focuses on helping students truly understand concepts rather than memorize information. My approach is shaped by my experience facilitating Supplemental Instruction (SI) for Chemistry and precepting pharmacy interns.
I regularly use the teach-back method, asking students to explain ideas in their own words so we can check understanding and address gaps early. When students get stuck, I redirect learning through guided questions and help them find reliable academic resources so they can study more independently.
My lessons are best suited for university and college students in pharmacy, pharmacy technician, health sciences, nursing, kinesiology, and pre-health programs, as well as students taking pharmacology, psychiatric medicine, chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology at the introductory or first-year level.

My Approach as a Tutor
I use an active, student-centered approach shaped by my experience facilitating Supplemental Instruction (SI) for Chemistry and precepting pharmacy interns. I focus on helping students understand concepts deeply rather than memorizing information.
