About Monalisha
I am Monalisha James Sinha. I have completed my master of nursing in Critical Care Nursing. I am having 8 years of teaching experience. I specially teach students pharmacology, pathology, genetics, medical surgical nursing, critical care nursing. In innovative teaching learning process I have published four research articles in international forum.
Teaching is my passion & I feel in competency-based education for developing right skill you need appropriate & accurate knowledge to provide safe sound quality care to your patient.

Specialized in critical care nursing, teaching 2nd year basic B.Sc. students pharmacology, pathology & genetics, Critical Care Nursing over 5 years. Having 7 years of clinical experience in supervising students in ICU, OT, Medical Surgical Nursing Wards.
Innovative teaching techniques are being used in my classroom are drugs autobiography, 60 seconds drug review, concept mapping, exhibition, integrated project on pharmacology, pathology & medical surgical nursing, storytelling, Journal Club.
