About RAVINDRA KUMAR

I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from G.B. Pant University, Pantnagar, with an MBA in Operations Management and a PhD in Management. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. I have over 31 years of professional experience in the Border Roads Organization under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India. My expertise, inter alia, includes Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Planning, Infrastructure Development, and Resource Management. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable practical experience in managing complex infrastructure projects in difficult terrains. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring, and I aim to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world applications.
