About İrem
As a passionate and experienced music educator, I offer personalized lessons in piano, cello, and solfège for all ages and levels. I hold a master’s degree in early childhood music education and am currently pursuing a PhD in music education. With international training experience in Italy and a strong academic background, I tailor each lesson to meet the unique goals of my students. My teaching philosophy focuses on motivation, musical growth, and creating an enjoyable learning experience that builds both skill and confidence. I actively participate in international music education conferences and continuously seek to improve my teaching techniques in line with contemporary approaches. Staying updated with global trends allows me to offer engaging, modern, and effective lessons tailored to each student’s needs.

My musical journey began at a Fine Arts High School and continued with a degree in Music Education at Bursa Uludağ University. Through the Erasmus Exchange Program, I studied for one year at the Lorenzo Perosi Conservatory in Italy. I completed my master’s degree specializing in early childhood music education, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in the same field.
In my lessons, I design personalized curricula based on each student's individual goals and learning pace. I provide guidance on music festivals, competitions, and certification programs, and support my students if they wish to prepare for these opportunities.
Each lesson is 50 minutes long and designed according to the student’s personal goals and learning style.
My priority is to create a joyful and motivating learning environment where students feel fulfilled through meaningful progress in both playing and understanding music.
