About SANTO
I am a PhD-trained pharmacologist and biomedical scientist with extensive academic and biotechnology research experience. My expertise is in cardiovascular pharmacology and physiology, with additional experience in molecular and cellular biology, drug discovery, and experimental research.
I have worked in both academic research and the biotechnology industry, giving me practical experience applying concepts that students encounter in textbooks and lectures. I enjoy breaking down complex scientific concepts into clear, logical explanations and helping students understand the “why” behind the material.
I welcome undergraduate, pharmacy, nursing, pre-med, and graduate students who want to strengthen their understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and biomedical sciences.

I focus on helping students understand concepts rather than simply memorize facts. My lessons are tailored to each student’s course material, learning goals, and areas of difficulty. I use clear explanations, real-world examples, diagrams, and practice questions to make complex topics easier to understand.
I teach pharmacology, cardiovascular physiology, general physiology, cell biology, and related biomedical sciences. I can help with topics such as drug mechanisms, receptors and signaling, pharmacodynamics, dose-response relationships, cardiovascular drugs, cardiac and vascular physiology, and experimental biology.
Lessons are suitable for undergraduate, pharmacy, nursing, pre-med, and graduate students. Students are welcome to share their lecture slides, study guides, or specific topics beforehand so that each session can focus on exactly what they need help with.
As a PhD-trained pharmacologist and biomedical scientist with extensive research experience, I bring both strong theoretical knowledge and practical scientific experience to my teaching. My goal is to make difficult concepts logical, understandable, and easier to remember.
