I also encourage my students to teach each other which not only enhances their knowledge but builds trust among them. I have a master's in biochemistry and currently working as a research scholar. I like to keep my teaching as simple as possible. I would prefer one to one interactive classes but I can also teach online. I believe I am good at designing biological illustrations and I always like to include real lifeimages and examples. This makes students easy to remember things. I always understand the depth of my student's knowledge in the field and teach them based on their level of understanding. I know that everyone has their own pace of learning and I teach them accordingly.
