About Meltem
Hello! My name is Meltem Yagli, and I am a dedicated and professional tutor with a passion for helping students excel academically and personally. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching, having spent over 10 years in the finance sector before transitioning to academia as a PhD researcher in Finance at the University of Liverpool. With a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and dual undergraduate degrees in Actuarial Science and Economics, I combine expertise with a student-centred approach to create meaningful learning experiences. Qualifications and Experience: I am a PhD researcher in Finance at the University of Liverpool, with two years of experience teaching university-level seminars in Introduction to Finance and Introduction to Accounting.
