About Renata

Helo! I am a private English teacher and in three popular courses. I have been teaching for the past 20 years, since I was 15. I graduated from Cel Lep and then at the most advanced levels of English Culture.
In addition, I am also graduated in Social Sciences, Arts, Pedagogy and Philosophy, in addition to having studied Languages. Today I am a doctoral student at USP. For me the most important thing is to look at who is studying, at the person in front of me and their needs. From there, the methodology fits your needs and capabilities. It doesn't matter if you only had basic education in school or studied for years and still have difficulties. Let's exchange experiences and learn together in a fun way and focused on what you need?

About the lesson

My name is Renata but you can call me Ren. I am from São Paulo and started to learn English at a very young age, at the age of 8. Cel-Lep gave me all the training before I was 15 years old, when I started teaching the language. Even so, I continued on the advanced tracks of Cultura Inglesa. I love to learn and teach, that's why I teach 3 popular courses, I work as a translator in both English, Spanish and German. I graduated in Arts, Social Sciences, Pedagogy and Philosophy, with post in English-Portuguese translation, besides having studied Information System, Architecture and Letters (I already said I love to study? One thing I did in my life was university entrance exam rs ). Today I am a doctoral student at USP, I have had to take the TOEFL IBT a few times (scoring 116/120), in addition to the IELTS. In addition, I am taking CELTA, the Cambridge teacher training course. In the courses, I work with instrumental English for entrance exams (ENEM, VUNESP, UNICAMP AND FUVEST). I believe that there is no ideal method without understanding the needs of each student. It may be that games or music stimulate more, it may be that what is needed is to work on grammar or conversation, it may be that the ideal trajectory is focused on the interpretation of texts from previous entrance exams. Let's understand together!
