About Anuradha
I am a PhD-trained chemist with over 15 years of experience in advanced chemistry research, teaching, and scientific leadership. I completed my M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization in Organic Chemistry from the University of Delhi, qualified the nationally competitive CSIR-NET and JRF examinations, and later earned my PhD from the United States. I have worked as a research scientist in companies like DuPont, Solvay, and Huntsman, with that I bring industrial application part as well in my teaching. Chemistry has been my core academic focus throughout my career — particularly organic chemistry, reaction mechanisms, and structure–property relationships. Over the years, I have mentored undergraduate and graduate students, and I now work closely with IB HL, AP, and pre-med students who want not just higher scores, but genuine mastery of the subject. My teaching philosophy is simple: focus on fundamentals, and relate to real-world applications. I teach students how to think like a chemist — how electrons move, why reactions occur, how equilibrium shifts, and how to interpret data confidently. When students understand the logic behind the concepts, exams become far less intimidating.
