- I was the divisional editor for my university's academic research journal and oversaw a team of associate editors.

- A lesson consists of you sharing your materials with me ahead of time, then us having a conversation about what's working (and what isn't), and finally by guiding you through the steps you can take on your own to produce an amazing piece. In addition, I will provide spelling, grammar, and structural edits.
- While I too have a degree in English, what sets me apart from other tutors is my degree in philosophy. Writing well is thinking well. (In short, I do a lot more than just correct your grammar!).
