About Lily
I am a student and have received a 2.1 in my first year of study, I have always tutored my brother who is currently aged 11 and am looking forward to tutoring young people of a similar age or who are working at gcse level. I have always had a love for English, achieving two A*'s at GCSE and a B at A Level.

I have experienced helping young people to engage with texts and comment on the authors intentions and effects, this is an important component of the subject and is tested for at GCSE English language and literature. I also have tutored my brother in creative writing, similarly an essential skill for young students. I have always enjoyed interacting with young people especially within a subject which I love, it is incredibly rewarding to see improvement as well as the students own enjoyment.
