About Nathan
Hi, I'm Nathan, a current philosophy student at the University of Warwick, I specialise in A-Level and GCSE English, Philosophy and Religious Studies on all levels.
I understand the difficulty of learning humanities and arts as a non-native English speaker, and I believe that with enough guidance and encouragement, any student from any background can surpass language barriers and fulfil their potential.
On top of my passion for humanities, my artistic interests led me to pursue an LAMDA (London Academy of Music, Drama & Art) acting qualification, achieving distinction all the way to Grade 8. I also have a Level 2 TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification.

As a student myself, I understand the struggle and pressure to properly meet the grade boundaries and points, particularly in essay subjects.
Having mentored students in younger years during sixth form for 2 years, (Religious Studies and helping students struggling to speak English). With my primary experience and focus being from GCSE KS3 tutoring and A Level KS4 tutoring as well.
I understand the difficulty of learning as a non-native English speaker, and I believe that with enough guidance and encouragement, any student from any background can surpass language barriers and fulfil their potential.
I aim to efficiently tackle challenging topics or themes, making them specific to each student. The main goal is not just simply "learning" or "memorising" it, but attaining a level of understanding (and, if possible, passion).
