About Molly
My name's Molly and I'm a twenty year old tutor! My young(er) age often throws people a bit (because whose teacher is twenty?), but my sessions are, by no means, a direct extension of the school days so it works in our favour!
So much at school happens outside of what's taught in a classroom, and all those variables are often overlooked and underappreciated. I know I certainly struggled during my exams - there's so much to balance and not enough time for teachers to make sure the way they teach works for everyone! Many lessons definitely made me feel more confused and less confident than I did at the start.
Which is why I'm here! School can make learning feel pointless and boring, but my sessions are designed to be the opposite. Whilst supporting you in the run up to exams and assessments, one of my goals is to make our sessions as enjoyable as possible. It's a collaborative effort!

My sessions are a minimum of an hour long (though can be longer, if preferred!) and majorly student led; I play to each student's strengths! All of my sessions are individually tailored to fit each student, as I tie in their interests and preferred learning methods to reach our decided goal.
Whether it be mind maps, quizzes, educational games, it doesn't matter. My sessions aren't direct extensions of school, so I try not to make them feel as such! Extra learning support doesn't have to be a drag!
I've helped students through their GCSEs and A Levels for 4 years now, and have been able to aid the improvement of their grades, and of their confidence! With a full, up-to-date DBS check, I'm able and willing to help any young person in KS3-5 with their exams and studies.
