- **Short Vowel Word Families** such as -at, -ap, -an, -ad, -am, -ag, -ack, and many more, provide a solid foundation for beginning readers.
- **Vowel Teams and R-Controlled Vowels**, including -ai, -ay, -oa, -ee, -er, -ir, -ar, -or, enrich students' understanding of vowel sounds and their variations.
- **Digraphs and Blends**, like ch, sh, th, wh, bl, cr, fr, help children decode words more efficiently, enhancing their reading fluency.
- **Prefixes and Suffixes** offer insights into word formation, expanding vocabulary and comprehension skills.
- **CVCe words** and an array of **Beginning and Ending Blends** further refine their phonetic abilities.

The Vowel Teams Set 2 Phonics Brochures integrate various spellings for each sound into engaging brochures, including passages, word lists, word work, and comprehension questions, ensuring your child grasps the essence of phonics through practical application.
