About Phonics World
Dhwani Kapadia Desai is the Co-Founder of Phonics World Pune, one of Pune's oldest, largest, and most trusted phonics education centers. With over 12 years of experience in early childhood literacy, she has dedicated her career to helping children become confident readers, writers, and communicators through structured phonics education.
She is a Certified Jolly Phonics (UK) and Jolly Grammar (UK) trainer, as well as a Certified Creative Writing Educator from Andrella Education Australia. Her expertise spans phonics, grammar, creative writing, literacy development, teacher training, and communication skills for young learners.
Since 2012, Dhwani has trained more than 1,500 educators across India, equipping teachers and schools with effective literacy teaching methodologies. Under her leadership, Phonics World Pune has helped thousands of children aged 2 to 12 years develop strong foundations in reading, spelling, writing, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication through research-based phonics programs.
Passionate about improving foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) in line with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), Dhwani regularly shares practical insights for parents and educators on topics including phonics, early literacy, reading development, language acquisition, and communication skills. Her mission is to empower every child with the confidence and skills needed for lifelong academic success.
