About Marv
I have been a Dungeon Master since 1992 and have studied and played through many different editions of Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) and am actively engaged in running campaigns and world-building. My favourite edition of the game is 3rd, based on the D20 3.5 SRD.

What is Dungeons and Dragons?
D&D is the most played fantasy role-playing game (rpg) in the world and popular with people from all generations. It is deeply embedded in pop culture, and a great source of inspiration for quality entertainment on many different platforms on TV and Social media.
Studies have shown that the highly social and collaborative nature of the popular fantasy rpg cultivates a range of social-emotional skills, which can lay the foundation for improved learning and directly benefits core academic competencies. You can pick up skills in collaborative world-building involving storytelling, decision making, invention, research, calculations, negotiation, role-play, and develop active spatial visualisation.
