Sabine has photographed a number of properties That I have had listed to sell. The first thing a potential purchaser sees about a property are the pictures online and on the internet. Consequently it is imperative to show the property at its very best. It is a false economy to use the cheapest photographer simply because they are the cheapest. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes the cheapest is the best. However, when the cheapest is NOT the best the savings made using the cheapest photographer are VERY quickly eaten up by a prolonged advertising campaign. Some photographers will not lift a finger to remove toys, dustbins etc out of “shot” and will do nothing other than take pictures “as is”. Not so Sabine.. She does everything she can to make a property look it’s very best. If a real estate agent suggests they can reduce your costs by doing the photos themselves, I suggest you do NOT allow them to list your property. Call Sabine instead.
