About Jasmine

I am a student at the Russell Group University of Southampton studying a Bachelor's degree in Physical Geography with honours, while also being a course representative for the 1st year Physical Geography degrees at the university.

I wish to encourage more people to pursue Geography to make better sense of the world that we currently live in, and I am doing this by aiding students in better understanding Geography at GCSE level and beyond.

I have almost 5 years of experience in academic Geography, achieving a 9 at GCSE (alongside 6 other GCSEs at grade 9 including Mathematics and English language), and achieving a B at A-level (alongside an A* in Biology, A in Chemistry and B in AS-level French) with 95% in the associated coursework. This is followed by getting full marks in a University of Cambridge Geography interview.

About the lesson

Lessons centre around your specific needs as a student and discovering what techniques work for you to both become exam ready and really engage with and learn the content.

The first session will be to assess your strengths in Geography and where you require more assistance, as well as pinpointing your school-specific case studies.
Lessons will be bespoke and up to date with the syllabus information and will include exam questions.

There will be sessions both dedicated to learning + reaffirming content and sessions going over exam technique, all coming from someone who consistently got 85% or more in mock exams.

I make lessons for anyone doing GCSE Geography (specialised in the Edexcel A or AQA specifications, but can teach other exam boards), whether they are year 10 or year 11.
In addition to this, I offer insight on request to Edexcel A-level Geography for those wishing to pursue it.
