I will provide you some equipment and will give you nutrition plans and we will exercise online. Each session will take an hour. All sessions will be conducted based on your specific goals and needs. Before and after each session we will do a warm up and cool down stretching.
I am a physical therapist. I have a degree in exercise physiology and master of sports medicine. I can help you to lose/gain weight, get fit, reach your fitness goals, and prevent/treat injuries. I have been a fitness instructor for 10 years.
Clients in and around Mont Kiara and KLCC will not be charged for transportation. You can cancel your sessions with prior notice and I will replace the session for you. There won't be a deadline for replacing sessions.
