About Paolo

I am 27 years old, I have been training bodybuilding and fitness since I was 16 and soccer since I was 22. I have been working for 5 years working with people of all levels: sedentary, amateur and advanced. Currently I give outdoor sessions in the forests of Palermo and I have availability to move to nearby areas. Among others, I studied with Anselmi, I trained at IAE and I am constantly learning by attending different courses and seminars.

The sessions are based on a hard, demanding training taking into account the needs and objectives of each one and putting a lot of humor and good vibes to meet the goals set. In the beginning, it is essential to know the lifestyle and interests of the person to develop the best possible formula. The plan consists of three weekly training sessions. Two face-to-face and one remote (generally the remote session corresponds to day 2). Example: Monday (face-to-face), Wednesday (remote) and Friday (face-to-face). Always leaving a day of rest between sessions. In the face-to-face sessions, the fundamental aspects to work on are prioritized. Sean - Posture, Mid-Zone Stability, Muscle Toning, Fat Burning, and More. The remote session is carried out with a routine that seeks to strengthen basic points that complement what is done in person. A word file with photos and videos is sent so that the person can practice it with total comfort and freedom. You can consult without any problem through video call, zoom or others for questions or suggestions. The price of the sessions correspond to the face-to-face ones. The one that is done remotely has no cost.

    La idea de que siempre se puede estar mejor desde lo mental y lo físico con determinación, constancia y también pasándola bien.
  • ¿Una anécdota para contarnos de tus años de estudio o alguna de tus clases?

    Cuando uno de los docentes que tuve explicó la importancia de valorar el tiempo de la persona que elige venir a entrenar con uno. Comprender que es "la hora feliz" de esa persona me permite encarar la sesión de la mejor forma posible. Haciendo una buena combinación entre exigencia, planificación y desafíos pero sin olvidarse del ambiente y la buena onda que se necesita para armonizar el entreno.
  • ¿Qué es lo que te hacé ser un o una profe copad@?

    Intentar armonizar el ambiente de desafío constante, objetivos concretos y exigencias progresivas con una buena comunicación con quien entrena. Descontracturado, con buena música, chistes y alguna que otra buena foto para vender humo en las redes ;)
  • ¿Qué hacés en tus ratos libres?

    Me gusta leer y tomar mates al aire libre.
