About Hazel

My passion for physics began with curiosity about the laws that govern space, motion, and energy. I earned a B.Sc in Physics and Astronomy, where I studied both fundamental principles and the beauty of the universe’s structure. Over 6 years of teaching, I have guided students through difficult topics by making physics clearer and more approachable.

I believe physics should be taught with patience and encouragement. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step reasoning, everyday examples, and supportive explanation that helps learners feel capable. I enjoy working with students who feel intimidated at first, showing them that physics becomes manageable through practice.

Outside tutoring, I stay connected to physics through continued reading in modern science and technological developments. Teaching physics is deeply fulfilling because students often transform from uncertainty into confidence. Supporting learners as they discover their own ability to understand the universe is what motivates my work.

About the lesson

Physics becomes approachable when students understand that it explains the natural world in a logical and fascinating way. In my lessons, I guide learners through motion, forces, electricity, waves, and basic modern physics with supportive pacing. I focus on building conceptual clarity first, so equations feel meaningful rather than frightening.

Lessons are tailored to each learner’s stage. Beginners start with fundamental mechanics, simple diagrams, and step-by-step problem solving. Intermediate students strengthen understanding of circuits, momentum, pressure, and wave relationships. Advanced learners refine exam reasoning, multi-step calculations, derivations, and deeper conceptual explanation. Visual aids and guided practice are part of every session.

Physics lessons help students build logical thinking, patience, and confidence in solving challenging problems. Many learners feel proud when topics that once seemed impossible become clear. My goal is to help students approach physics with curiosity, calmness, and belief in their own scientific ability.
