About Faye

Hi! My name is Faye and I have been teaching music since 3 years.

I followed Piano and Composition at Codarts Conservatory and will commence my studies in Music and education coming september. Currently, I also engage in various musical projects with different choirs and music artists as a soloist and arranger.

I love to share my knowledge and passion for music with others and how it can benefit them in their personal lives. I strive to create an atmosphere of fun, structure, encouragement tailored to and that fosters the development of the students' unique musicality. As an individual who initially learnt music by ear, I put much emphasis on the students musical development inspired by the Kodaly method.

About the lesson

As a passionate and professional musician, I help you develop your innate talent for music making and give you the space to develop your own musicality with heart and passion. Each lesson brings something new and will foster development of your creativity and musical proficiency while having fun.

Lessons are interactive, spontaneous, structured and follow your natural curiosity and innate musical capabilities. My methods are tailored to the individual needs and goals of the students. I am particularly interested in the Kodaly and Faber methods in teaching music.

Lessons are for children and adults of all ages. Piano lessons are both for the hobbyist and aspiring professional musician.

Other areas of focus: Music theory, Music by ear and Exam preparation.
