About Skye

I have 13 years of teaching experience and hold a Master’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy. During my career, I have guided students through many stages of musical development, helping them build both skill and confidence. Teaching piano remains one of the most fulfilling parts of my professional life.

My teaching philosophy combines strong fundamentals with creative exploration. I help students understand music deeply while encouraging them to develop their own artistic voice. Every learner receives patient support and structured guidance throughout their journey.

One of the greatest rewards of teaching is watching students achieve goals they once thought were beyond their reach. I enjoy helping learners grow into confident musicians who genuinely enjoy making music. My aim is to create a positive and inspiring learning experience for every student.

About the lesson

My piano lessons help students develop strong musical skills through a balance of technique, creativity, and practical learning. We explore note reading, rhythm training, finger independence, coordination, dynamics, and musical interpretation through engaging exercises and guided practice. Lessons are structured to build confidence from the start.

I use sight-reading activities, rhythm games, duet exercises, and listening tasks to strengthen musical understanding. Students learn how to play with greater control while developing expressive and confident performances. Every lesson encourages curiosity, consistency, and enjoyment.

Learning plans are personalized to fit each student’s goals and experience level. Whether someone wants to perform, improve technique, or simply enjoy music, lessons provide a clear path for progress. My goal is to help learners become confident and capable pianists.
