About Elisa

I began playing piano as a child, drawn to its expressive potential and the emotional impact of music. Performing, composing, and teaching have allowed me to develop both skill and insight into guiding students effectively. Teaching piano is an opportunity to share this passion and help learners develop their own musical identity. I teach with patience, adaptability, and encouragement. Lessons are customized for each student’s skill level, goals, and learning style, balancing structured technical practice with creative exploration to maximize engagement and growth. Outside teaching, I perform, compose, and explore diverse musical styles to bring depth and inspiration into lessons. For me, teaching piano is about fostering creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for music.

About the lesson

My piano lessons are designed to combine technical mastery with artistic expression, helping students develop a deep, personal connection to music. I focus on teaching technique, musicality, and interpretation in a way that fosters both confidence and creativity. Lessons include scales, sight-reading, repertoire practice, improvisation, and performance preparation, allowing students to develop well-rounded skills while experiencing the joy of making music. I also incorporate performance simulations and creative projects to make lessons dynamic, practical, and inspiring.

Lessons are tailored for all skill levels. Beginners learn finger coordination, posture, basic scales, and simple repertoire to build foundational skills. Intermediate learners focus on expressive phrasing, dynamics, and interpretation, while advanced students tackle complex repertoire, composition, and performance artistry. Each session blends structured exercises with creative exploration to ensure students progress technically while cultivating artistry and musical confidence.

Students gain technical skill, confidence, focus, and the ability to express themselves musically. They learn discipline, patience, and emotional expression through performance, while developing a lasting appreciation for music. My goal is to help students enjoy every stage of learning while growing toward mastery and expressive freedom.
