About Sona

My passion for piano began from a deep love for music and curiosity about how sound can express emotion. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance and have 7 years of teaching experience. Over time, I have helped students grow from beginners to confident performers through structured and supportive lessons.

I believe piano learning becomes easier when students practice consistently and understand music theory alongside performance. My teaching method focuses on step-by-step guidance, repetition, and expressive playing. I encourage students to enjoy the learning process and develop their own musical identity.

In the long run, my goal is to help students become confident pianists who can perform with both technical accuracy and emotional depth. I aim to guide them toward mastering performance skills, musical interpretation, and stage confidence. As they grow, they become capable of playing advanced compositions, performing publicly, and expressing themselves through music with clarity and artistic confidence.

About the lesson

My Piano lessons are designed to help students learn music in a structured and expressive way. I teach finger technique, scales, chords, rhythm, sight reading, and performance skills using step-by-step guidance. Instead of focusing only on playing notes, I help students understand how music is built and how expression brings pieces to life.

Each lesson is adapted based on the learner’s level. Beginners focus on hand position, simple melodies, and basic rhythm. Intermediate learners work on coordination, chords, and musical pieces. Advanced learners focus on complex compositions, dynamics, and emotional expression. Regular practice routines are included to improve timing, control, and confidence.

In the long run, my goal is to help students develop both technical skill and musical expression. As they progress, they begin to understand how melody, rhythm, and harmony work together. This builds discipline, creativity, and confidence in musical performance in both practice and stage environments.
