About Zara

My interest in piano began when I first explored melodies on a keyboard during my early music education. I became fascinated by how different notes and chords create beautiful music. This curiosity inspired me to continue studying piano and eventually pursue formal training. I completed a Master’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy where I learned about piano technique and effective teaching methods.

For the past 9 years, I have worked with students who want to learn piano for enjoyment, creative expression, or musical development. Some learners begin with no experience, while others wish to strengthen their technique. My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and structured practice so students can progress confidently.

Outside teaching, I continue practicing piano and studying new musical works. I enjoy exploring different musical styles and expanding my understanding of piano performance. Helping students develop their musical ability and confidence at the keyboard is one of the most meaningful parts of my teaching career.

About the lesson

My piano lessons focus on helping students understand the keyboard and develop strong foundational skills. Beginners begin by learning the layout of the keys, proper hand position, and simple rhythm patterns. I guide students through basic note reading and short musical exercises that help coordinate both hands. These early lessons help learners feel comfortable at the piano while building important technical habits.

As students progress, lessons include scales, chords, and longer musical compositions. I explain how rhythm, tempo, and dynamics shape musical interpretation. Students practice reading sheet music and recognizing musical patterns that make playing easier. These exercises help learners improve their accuracy and develop smoother performance skills.

Learning piano requires patience and consistent practice. I encourage students to focus on steady improvement rather than rushing through difficult pieces. Over time, learners develop stronger finger control and greater musical awareness. My goal is to help students enjoy the piano while building reliable technique and musical confidence.
