About Keane

My passion for piano began when I realized how the instrument could convey emotion with both delicate subtlety and powerful resonance. This early fascination inspired me to pursue formal training and eventually earn an M.Mus in Piano Performance and Classical Interpretation, studies that deepened my understanding of technique, historical styles, and musical communication. Over my 12 years of teaching, I have worked with learners at all levels, guiding them toward technical confidence and meaningful artistic expression through a balanced blend of structure, clarity, and encouragement. I teach with patience, attentiveness, and a commitment to helping each student find their own musical voice. My approach emphasizes relaxed technique, intentional movement, and expressive flexibility. I pay close attention to each learner’s habits and strengths, offering personalized adjustments that support sustainable progress. Whether refining tone, exploring interpretation, or developing efficient practice methods, I strive to help students feel comfortable, inspired, and capable of reaching their goals. About the lesson
