About Koni

I have 12 years of experience teaching Piano to college students and enjoy helping learners discover the joy of music. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, communication, and continuous encouragement.

Every lesson is designed to match the student's learning needs and goals. I explain musical concepts in simple English using practical demonstrations that make learning easy and enjoyable. Students are encouraged to ask questions and learn without fear of making mistakes.

I use innovative methods such as digital resources, ear training, song-based learning, and creative practice exercises. Breaking complex lessons into simple steps allows students to improve steadily and confidently.

Students develop skills in note reading, rhythm, finger coordination, scales, chords, posture, and musical expression. My goal is to build both technical ability and confidence while helping students enjoy every stage of their musical journey.

About the lesson

My teaching approach combines practical learning with personal attention. Every student learns differently, so I create lessons that match their abilities and help them reach their musical goals in a comfortable way.

Real-life examples make learning simple and interesting. Rhythm is explained through familiar daily experiences, while music theory is taught using songs students enjoy. Practical case studies also help students understand how musicians perform confidently.

Understanding is always my first priority. I teach each concept step by step and make sure students fully understand before moving to advanced lessons. This creates confidence and long-term success.

Communication is clear, friendly, and encouraging. Students are welcome to ask questions, and I provide detailed feedback after every lesson. Practice plans are also designed to support steady improvement.

Integrity is one of the values that guides my teaching. I believe in honesty, professionalism, patience, and respect. Along with piano, I also teach keyboard, music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm training, improvisation, accompaniment, and beginner composition.
