About Charlie

I am a dedicated Piano tutor with 16 years of experience teaching students from beginners to intermediate levels. My students include school children, college learners, and working professionals who want to improve their musical skills in an enjoyable way.

My teaching approach focuses on building confidence through step-by-step learning. I believe that every student can succeed with patience, proper guidance, and regular practice. I encourage students to enjoy every lesson while continuously improving.

My classes include piano techniques, finger exercises, scales, chords, rhythm development, sight reading, ear training, music theory, and performance preparation. I also teach practical methods that help students practice more effectively at home.

Besides Piano, I teach keyboard skills, music notation, and music theory. These additional subjects help students become stronger and more confident musicians.

I aim to create lessons that are interactive, motivating, and rewarding. My mission is to help students develop excellent musical skills while building a lifelong passion for Piano and music.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is based on communication, creativity, flexibility, and personalized learning. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt each lesson to suit their age, ability, musical interests, and learning pace. My aim is to make piano lessons enjoyable, interactive, and rewarding while helping students develop confidence and strong musical skills.

Students begin with proper posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm practice, note reading, and basic music theory. These essential skills provide the foundation for learning scales, chords, arpeggios, pedal techniques, dynamics, sight reading, expressive playing, and performance skills. I ensure students understand each concept before moving to the next level.

My lessons include demonstrations, guided practice, listening exercises, and regular revision. I explain every topic using simple English so students can understand both the practical and theoretical aspects of music. I encourage students to ask questions, think creatively, and practice consistently between lessons.

To keep learning interesting, students explore music from different genres including classical, pop, film music, devotional songs, and contemporary pieces. I also introduce improvisation, accompaniment, and simple arranging techniques to encourage creativity and musical confidence.

Besides piano, I teach keyboard, music theory, ear training, rhythm training, sight reading, music appreciation, performance preparation, and beginner composition. These supporting subjects help students become complete musicians.

My goal is to create a friendly and motivating learning environment where students enjoy every lesson, achieve steady progress, and develop a lifelong love for music.
