About Kara

My love for the piano began through an appreciation for melody, harmony, and the ability of music to tell stories. This passion led me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music followed by a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance and Teaching. During my 8 years of teaching experience, I have guided students through many stages of musical development.

I believe every student deserves lessons that are supportive, structured, and encouraging. My teaching style focuses on helping learners understand musical concepts while developing confidence in their abilities. I enjoy creating lessons that challenge students while making learning enjoyable.

Outside teaching, I continue studying piano repertoire, attending concerts, and exploring different educational approaches. These experiences help me bring fresh ideas into every lesson. Helping students discover their musical potential remains one of the most rewarding parts of my profession.

About the lesson

My piano lessons are designed to help students develop strong musical skills through clear guidance and enjoyable learning experiences. We focus on note recognition, rhythm training, finger independence, hand coordination, sight reading, and listening awareness through structured exercises and practical music activities. Every lesson encourages steady improvement while keeping students motivated and engaged.

As learners advance, we explore chord progressions, accompaniment patterns, phrasing, dynamic control, pedal techniques, and performance preparation. Lessons are personalized to suit individual goals and musical interests, helping students progress in a way that feels rewarding and manageable. Regular feedback allows learners to strengthen their abilities with confidence.

I believe music learning should inspire curiosity and self-belief. My goal is to help students become independent musicians who enjoy expressing themselves through the piano. Every lesson supports creativity, discipline, and a deeper understanding of music.
