About Samantha

I am a piano tutor with 8 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. My passion for piano started through years of performing and discovering how music can communicate emotions beyond words.

I believe every student learns differently, so I create lessons that match individual goals and learning styles. My teaching combines patient guidance, structured practice, and creative exploration that helps learners build confidence while enjoying every achievement.

Outside teaching, I enjoy performing classical and contemporary piano music, arranging pieces, and attending concerts. These experiences allow me to bring fresh musical ideas into every lesson while inspiring students to continue growing as musicians.

About the lesson

My piano lessons are designed to help students enjoy music while building strong technical foundations from the very first class. We begin with correct posture, relaxed hand position, note reading, rhythm exercises, finger coordination, and simple melodies that develop confidence naturally. Every lesson is explained using simple English, practical demonstrations, and enjoyable activities so students understand every concept before moving ahead. I encourage learners to listen carefully, play confidently, and enjoy each step of their musical journey.

As students continue improving, we explore scales, arpeggios, chord progressions, sight reading, pedal control, dynamics, phrasing, musical expression, and duet playing. Lessons also include ear training, rhythm development, creative improvisation, and performance preparation that help students become complete musicians. Practice plans are personalized so every learner progresses comfortably while strengthening both technique and creativity.

My goal is to help students become confident pianists who enjoy performing and expressing themselves through music. Every lesson develops technical accuracy, musical understanding, and artistic confidence while making learning enjoyable and inspiring.
