About Lydia

I hold a Piano Diploma with Highest Distinction and First Prize, as well as qualifications in Harmony, Counterpoint, and Fugue. I also studied piano at the École Normale de Musique de Paris, where I obtained the Brevet d’Exécution, and completed postgraduate studies in Music Education and Piano at Conservatorium Maastricht, Netherlands.
I currently work as a piano teacher and music educator in private schools in Athens and at Elefsis Piano School, alongside my artistic career as a soloist and chamber musician.

I also have experience teaching online, working with students from different backgrounds and adapting my approach to create an engaging and effective online learning experience.

About the lesson

I’m Lydia Linardou, a professional pianist and music educator with extensive studies and teaching experience in Greece, France, and the Netherlands.
I offer personalized online piano and music theory lessons for children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners to advanced students. Whether you are starting piano for the first time, preparing for exams, developing your technique, or simply looking to enjoy and explore music, I will adapt each lesson to your individual needs, interests, and goals.

My teaching focuses on building a strong technical foundation while developing musicality, confidence, creativity, and personal expression. I believe that learning the piano should be both structured and enjoyable, and I aim to create a supportive environment where every student can progress at their own pace and develop a meaningful relationship with music.
