About Olivia
Hi, I'm Oliwia! I'm a certified Pilates instructor with a background in dance and over 10 years of yoga practice. My passion for movement began at an early age, but it was Pilates that truly transformed the way I felt in my body. It taught me that movement isn't about being perfect—it's about becoming stronger, moving with confidence, and feeling good from the inside out.
I love working with people of all ages and abilities, especially those who are new to exercise, recovering from injuries, or simply want to reconnect with their bodies. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where you can build strength, improve posture, increase mobility, and leave every session feeling better than when you arrived.
I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their own body, and I'm here to help you get there—one movement at a time.

Every lesson is tailored to your body, your goals, and your experience level. As a former dancer, I discovered Pilates during my own journey, and it completely changed the way I moved, felt, and connected with my body. That experience inspired me to become an instructor.
My classes focus on mindful movement, proper alignment, breathing, and building strength from the inside out. I believe Pilates is about much more than exercise—it's about feeling confident, moving without pain, and creating a healthier relationship with your body.
Whether you're a complete beginner, returning after an injury, or simply looking to feel stronger and more balanced, I'll support you every step of the way in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
