About Rini
I am a certified Functional Fitness, Mat Pilates and Yoga instructor. My each sessions are customised to cater to specific requirements of each student. Clients with issues like arthritis, asthma, PCOD, ankle and knee problems, with prior history of spondylitis, can practice with me easily and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Perfect! I’ve been training with Rini for a little over a month now, and I can say this with complete clarity...she knows exactly what she’s doing.
What stands out immediately is her depth of knowledge and experience. Every session feels intentional. There’s no guesswork, no generic routines, just well-thought-out training that’s clearly tailoured to you and your goals.
Her attention to detail is something I’ve come to really value. Form, pacing, progression…nothing slips through the cracks. She notices the small things, and those small things make all the difference.
She’s also consistently professional and punctual, which, frankly, sets the tone. You show up differently when your trainer shows up right.
What I didn’t expect, but truly appreciate, is her ability to strike that balance between being firm and encouraging. She pushes you, but never blindly. There’s always a sense that she’s paying attention, adjusting, and working with you, not just instructing you. It’s still early days, but this already feels like a solid, well-aligned start. And that says a lot.

Perfect! Rini is excellent at what she does (Functional Fitness/Pilates/Yoga/Breath work) and her knowledge across the various streams makes her classes very focussed and effective. She is very organised and perfectly on time every single time and she expects the same of her students. The most important and the best part of the classes for me is the breath work which I find to be one among the best, I have literally gone into and out of a meditative state during the breathwork, you have to attend a class to experience it and while many intructors can talk about it, only a few can really bring you experience it. Take her classes, Thank me later.

I am a mother of two, living abroad struggling hard to find time for self care related tk fitness and then Rini came in my mind. Her knowledge, dedication, planning and availability just make me believe that fitness is not a dream for me. She is a super active coach and I will vautch for her. Every mother struggling with postpartum weight can blindly trust her.
Rini is a wonderful trainer who understands the needs of her clients. The exercise sessions have nice combinations of various movements that gives a holistic feeling. Details
Drop-in (trial) classes are INR 400 for a 30 mins session. There are monthly 20 and monthly 12 sessions packs for group classes. I provide Personal Training as well.
All regular sessions are of 1 hour duration.
Please Note: Charges will vary as per country, currency, personal training, payment mode & any other specific requirements.
