I’ve been dancing since 2000 (modern dance). I’ve been pole dancing since 2016, and I started to teach in 2018. About the lesson

In my classes, we focus on fluidity, musicality and quality of movements. I use slow somatic approach in my classes. We start with a 10 min warm-up (stretching and conditioning), 40 min pole elements/choreography, 5 min freestyle, 5 min cool down (gentle stretching). Anna is a wonderful pole teacher. She is very responsive and easy to coordinate with. She always has a great lesson planned complete with warm ups and cool downs. She teaches tricks and more flow like dance moves as well. Highly recommended :)
