About Muskan

Hi! I'm currently pursuing my B.A. in Political Science from IGNOU. I completed my Class 12 education under the Jharkhand Board, scoring 86%.

My interest in teaching actually started when I was in Classes 11 and 12. I often helped my classmates with Political Science and History, especially when they found certain topics confusing. I enjoyed breaking down difficult concepts and explaining them in a way that made sense to them.

I've also had the opportunity to teach Political Science to students offline, which gave me some practical teaching experience.

One thing I've learned is that not every student understands a topic in the same way. Some need examples, some prefer discussions, and others just need someone to explain things a little differently. That's the kind of teacher I want to be.

I prefer teaching in a mix of Hindi and English because I believe language shouldn't become a barrier to understanding a subject.

My lessons are based on NCERT textbooks, but I don't believe in simply reading from a book and asking students to memorize everything.

I like connecting topics to everyday life, asking questions, and encouraging students to share their thoughts. Whether we're discussing democracy, historical events, or how our government works, I try to make the lesson feel like a conversation rather than a lecture.

I also help students with chapter-wise revision, practice questions, and clearing doubts.

For me, learning Social Science isn't just about remembering dates, definitions, or facts. It's about understanding why things happened, how society works, and how what we study connects to the world around us.

I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, even if they think those questions are silly. Because sometimes, the simplest questions lead to the most interesting discussions.
