About Priyanka

Having recently graduated with a First Class degree in Politics and International relations from the University of Nottingham, I am keen to share the many skills I learnt along the way to encourage students to achieve their true academic potential and excel beyond their current skillset.

English and Essay Writing have always been my strong-suit, and have held me in great stead throughout my academic career. English is an area that I am very familiar in tutoring. Whilst at school I taught GCSE English Language/Literature, ensuring that all my students obtained an A/A* in their results. Thus, I am well versed in the relevant language and structural techniques required to achieve a top grade.

Essay writing skills are pivotal to succeeding in any humanity. The skills I aim to impart on my students will benefit not only their english, but will transcend to subjects such as history, politics and economics.

Further, I am more than happy to assist and advise students on their personal statements for their university applications. The application process can often be daunting but I am happy to guide students through every step of the way.

About the lesson

Hi! I am a friendly, young tutor with experience teaching English, Politics and Essay Writing Skills up to A-Level. I aim to make my lessons as fun and constructive as possible, ensuring that skills I impart are ingrained within the writing style of the students I teach for life.

What subjects do you teach?

English, History, Politics - and Essay Writing on its own OR in conjunction with one of those subjects.
I also teach students how to construct personal statements for university applications.

How much do you charge?
£20/hour
I am happy to discuss discounts for group sessions.

Where do you teach?
I am based in St Johns Wood and can accommodate students at home, or am happy to travel to any location in London.
