The Text-Reading Method (वाचन विधि - Vachan Vidhi):
The teacher reads a prose passage aloud with correct pronunciation and intonation (Adarsh Vachan), followed by students reading it aloud (Anukaran Vachan). The focus is on fluency and immediate context.
​The Explanation & Translation Method (व्याख्या विधि - Vyakhya Vidhi):
Used primarily for essays and complex prose. The teacher breaks down cultural contexts, discusses difficult vocabulary words (शब्दार्थ), and explains the underlying moral or historical themes.
​The Appreciation/Rhythmic Method (रसास्वादन एवं गीत विधि):
