My teaching methodologies are as follows, i usually start off by introducing myself if its the first time meeting the student or the group and allow them to introduce themselves to me too so that we all know each other. Then i bring up a topic and before i say anything i ask the group to first tell me what they know or think the topic is about. Then i get down to details while asking questions in between
