About Palak gupta
Hello! My name is Palak Gupta, and I have completed my Master's degree in Psychology. I am passionate about understanding human behavior, mental health, and helping others learn and grow. My academic journey, combined with practical training, has equipped me with both theoretical knowledge and real-world experience in the field of psychology.
I have completed internships at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RML) and the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), where I gained valuable exposure to psychological assessment, counseling techniques, mental health conditions, and patient interaction. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
As a teacher, I strive to create a supportive, engaging, and judgment-free learning environment. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit individual needs and learning goals.
