About Jasmin
Language is a very powerful tool that, if used correctly, can benefit a person immensely.
As a child, I was surrounded by poorly educated children and adults. It Is unfortunate to witness how much poor language skills can impair young children's ability to express themselves calmly.
I enjoy tutoring English because it isn't just about the written text, it's about learning to communicate.

My teaching style is very conversational.
I like to engage with my students in conversations around the topic to establish a base level of understanding before moving forward. I engage my students with respect and always encourage a free-flowing environment instead of the usual "I talk you listen" method.
Typically lessons range from 30 minutes to an hour.
Shorter classes are recommended for lower-level reading and editing etc., longer classes are recommended for analytical work or essay/exam preparation.
My qualifications include a BA(Hons)Theatre From Chichester University and MA Creative Writing at Essex University. I also have almost four years of English language tutoring experience.
