MY name is Teacher Francis!
And I am from South Africa!
I am a Postgraduate of Science and Technology of the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom and I am also a qualified 120 Hrs. TEFL Certified Teacher!
My Teaching approach is based on the fact that I consider every student who comes to me to be Unique, Different and that they come with Varying NEEDS! I like to know what these NEEDS are so that I can "tailor" my Teachings to meet their INDIVIDUAL NEEDS! This is done in order to ensure that my students can derive MAXIMUM Benefits from my Classes!
I have 1-2 Years of teaching Experience and that I can handle students from Preliminary to Advanced Stages of Learning English!
I like to develop a " RAPPORT" with my students to ensure that they feel free in my Lessons and that exchanges between us is exercised in a manner that displays mutual Respect and Understanding of each other!
I seriously believe that DEVELOPMENT can ONLY take place where an ATMOSPHERE of MUTUAL RESPECT AND EMPATHY for each other is freely PREDOMINANT!!!
