About Gabriel
I am a current postgraduate student studying a master’s degree in bioinformatics at the University of Bath. I completed my bachelor’s degree in biochemistry this year at the University of Bristol. I am enthusiastic about the topic of biology and plan to enter into a career in research as a bioinformatician. I enjoy sharing my passion for the biological world with students and I have the skills, knowledge and experience to help them achieve the best they possibly can in their examinations and coursework. Students with learning difficulties such as dyslexia and ADHD are especially welcomed. I am a student with dyslexia and I have excelled in my academic journey and I love to help others do the same.

I am a postgraduate student at the University of Bath currently studying a master’s degree in bioinformatics. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol where I studied biochemistry. I am offering a tutoring service for students studying biology for their GCSEs or A levels. I am also especially welcoming to students with learning difficulties such as dyslexia and ADHD.
My personal approach at tutoring biology will involve getting to understand the students current level of knowledge within the field and the areas they feel they need the most work in. After we have established their strengths and weaknesses, we will devise the structure and content for their future sessions. The tutoring sessions will include teaching of content for either GCSE or A level biology and the exam strategies they will need to employ to achieve their best possible grades. There will also be MCQ practise tests and essay writing tasks. Homework tasks will be set between each session which will be marked and discussed with the student to elucidate on how to improve.
