About Balachander
I attained an A in Art for my GCSEs and A levels, and I hold a first class BFA in Visual Communications from Nanyang Technological University, the top ranked university in Asia. Having studied fine art, graphic design and now pursuing my masters in UX design from the University of Arts, London, I am extremely passionate about art.
I also love working with children – I am qualified to work as a debate coach by the Ministry of Education, Singapore, where I coached and mentored children for several years inside and outside my capacity as President of my university debating squad. With a wealth of debating achievements, both in coaching and speaking, I am confident in my oratorical skills and my abilities to nurture a supportive learning environment.

As a qualified debate coach and part-time art tutor with five years of experience teaching children, I prioritize creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can become more confident.
With nine years of experience doing fine art and graphic design, I am comfortable across both traditional and digital media.
Having gained admission to extremely competitive programmes – my masters course has an admissions rate of 3% – I can also help with portfolio preparation and interviewing skills.
