About Ishani
I’m a chemistry tutor with 5+ years of experience and an MSc in Radiochemistry. I love helping students explore food chemistry and nutritional science. My lessons often start with macromolecules and their importance. I also teach the science behind food additives. Many students find metabolic processes difficult at first. I break them down into clear and manageable ideas. Dietary analysis helps make the concepts personal. I also guide students through simple food product development challenges.
