About Tanisha
I have been tutoring chemistry for over 5 years and hold a MSc in Radiochemistry. My expertise lies in food chemistry and nutritional science, where science meets daily living. I specialize in teaching macromolecules—proteins, carbohydrates, and fats—and their functions in nutrition. I also cover food additives and the chemistry behind flavor, preservation, and texture. Students enjoy my lessons on metabolic processes and how the body turns nutrients into energy. I integrate dietary analysis exercises so students can apply theory to real food. This makes the subject both personal and practical. I also bring in food product development, where learners see how new foods are designed using chemistry.
