About Katie
I am a PPE Graduate from the Free University of Amsterdam, currently doing a MA in Development Studies at the University of Sussex. Due to my interdisciplinary background, I am comfortable in most social sciences and humanities, though especially in Philosophy. My subjects include Ethics, Epistemology, Political Philosophy, and also applied Philosophy. My dissertation was on the morality of Nudging in the Global South.

I am flexible to the needs of every student. "Philosophy" is quite a large, abstract concept, and the subject may seem daunting at first. My aim is to make it accessible for anyone interested in furthering their philosophical abilities. This could include gaining a better understanding of philosophical arguments through discussion and reading, or transferrable skills such as analytic and critical ability, and reading vast and dense literary works.
