About CHARU

Self-practice of many years, teaching for a decade, our class of practitioners has been growing steadily. We have regular practitioners who bring more with them, for the experience they are able to feel themselves. Each one is unique, however, meditation is beneficial for all!

About the lesson

You will gain understanding of your own self, amidst the turmoil of daily life. Our classes will inculcate acceptance, love, calmness through guided meditations. There will be mantras, kirtans, chants, yog nidras, and special workshops to help you navigate the Ship called Life :-)

She was such a pleasant and easy person to talk to that we formed a friendship that has lasted more than 15 years and it is still as strong as it was back then. We are in two different continent but we still call ourselves best friend forever. Over the years being her friend I have come to realize that Charu is more than 100% committed to what she does. She is witty, smart, intelligent and above all compassionate. She will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and can provide sound solutions and advice to your issues. She is always there to support and help you without asking anything in return. She is few selfless people I have ever met. I believe anyone with such beautiful soul can really be a good teacher.
