About Jocelyn
I have been practicing in multiple settings over the last 15 years. I would classify myself as a generalist, as I need to be competent in a lot of areas but I am not specialized in any one area. I love treating patients with dysphagia and the complexities of medical SLP. I enjoy and seen a lot of success with students with language disorders and speech errors. Once you start seeing your own clients, it becomes obvious that only the rare patient is textbook perfect and only has one thing going on with them and that's where a lot of problem-solving as a clinician comes into the work.

As a speech-language pathologist, I would be a great fit for speech-language pathology students in undergrad or grad school classes
that need a little more help understanding the material. I believe we all learn differently and my tutoring sessions would be about helping meet you where you are at and what learning style you need to learn and understand the material.
Additionally, I can teach practicing SLPs and students how to use Canva and other tools for material creation or Trello for time management.
