About Fatima
Every student has the ability to excel in any subject. As a tutor for two years, I have seen the significant improvement students are capable of making in a short time period. I moved to the United States when I was in third grade, and I had very little grasp on the language. Now I have mastered the conventions of English and I understand its importance. The hard-work will pay off, it just requires practice and patience.

Every student is different. I will always customize my lesson plan to whatever the students needs.
For the majority of lessons I will begin the first half of the class with content review. Then we will proceed into the application aspect (i.e. reviewing literature, editing resume, practice problems).
I received a 33 on my English ACT. To replicate these results with students through explanation and practice. We will spend the first half of the class going through content tested on the ACT. The rest of the class will be dedicated to practice problems.
